Built cerca 1915 this federation terrace had not been updated renovated since the 1970’s . A real renovators delight, this rundown terrace has been transformed with a stunning contemporary renovation. The original house has been altered several times over its life prior to the current reimagining. The new works retain and celebrate the historical fabric and add new elements including an expansive new kitchen and living space to the rear.

On a really tight timeline with a pregnant client - the house was was fully renovated and incredibly transformed in time for the new young family.
