Originally built circa 1915, this classic Federation terrace had remained untouched since the 1970s—a true renovator’s delight. Tired and rundown, the home has now been beautifully transformed through a thoughtful and contemporary renovation.

Over the years, the property had undergone various changes, but our most recent reimagining strikes a balance between honoring its heritage and introducing modern functionality. The renovation retains and celebrates the original architectural character while seamlessly integrating new features, including a spacious, light-filled kitchen and open-plan living area at the rear.

With a tight timeline and a client expecting a new baby, the pressure was on—but our team delivered. The home was fully renovated and ready just in time to welcome the new young family into a space that’s both timeless and entirely their own.
