Our building process in 7 simple steps:

• Dream it.

  You’ve already engaged an architect or building designer, to design your dream home, you’ve secured financing and have obtained a Construction Certificate.

• Haven’t engaged an architect? Not to worry, we can introduce you to one of our recommended architects to help bring your dream to life.

  We can also work with your chosen architect to provide cost estimates.

  1. Say hello.

  You’ve reached out to discuss your project. We’ll guide you through the next steps and establish expectations around your new custom home or renovation.

  2. Relationships matter.

  It’s time to get to know each other! We’ll take the time to meet for an ‘obligation free’ project assessment to discuss your needs.

  3. Contract signing.

  We’ll prepare a fixed price Master Builders contract - you’ll provide a signature. With ‘jargon-free’ language; this contract will be easy to read and understand.

  4. Build it.

  It’s time to bring your dream to life. You’ll receive regular updates, as well as attend regular onsite visits, which enable you to stay updated across the build.

  5. Live it.

  We will walk you through a detailed inspection of your new home. Then, it’s time to live it! We hand over the keys to your new home!

  6. After-care.

  We’ll stay in touch to ensure you’re enjoying your new home. We’ll tend to any maintenance requests and provide a seven-year structural warranty for peace of mind.
